In the ever evolving landscape of youth leadership and community development, one name continues to stand out, Esther Owoade . A passionate trailblazer, committed change-maker, and the entrepreneurial brain behind Ayoade Taste and Creations, Esther exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose, work with passion, and serve with heart.
Esther’s journey into leadership began with the Federation of Otu Students Union (FOSU), where she made an indelible mark as the Director of Welfare. Known for her unwavering commitment and selfless service, she became one of the most consistent and supportive female comrades in the union’s history contributing to three consecutive administrations and remaining a pillar of support till date.
Her passion for community upliftment transcends titles. She has taken up impactful roles beyond FOSU from the Nigerian Youth Council to Itesiwaju Local Government , and in the Baptist Students’ Fellowship (TASUED Chapter) wherever leadership calls, Esther answers with excellence.
An alumnus of Tai Solarin University of Education, where she studied Educational Technology, Esther combined her academic discipline with real world skills, forging a unique path as an entrepreneur and advocate for youth empowerment.
Driven by her passion for development, she now serves as the Director of Education, Welfare, and Social Services at the Council of Otu Visionary Youths (COVY) where her vision continues to inspire many. She has generously imparted her skills and knowledge as a professional chef, actively contributing to numerous youth-focused programs, including the COVY Retreat and the FOSU Entrepreneurship Summit.
Esther Owoade is not just a name; she is a movement. A symbol of grace, strength, and dedication. Today, we celebrate her as a fellow Visionarian , a woman of excellence, and a beacon of hope to young people across Otu and beyond.
