FILGSU EXECUTIVES APPRECIATE ALL, OVER THE JUST CONCLUDED PROGRAM

As part of the process to enhance the quality of education in our secondary schools, on Saturday 18th June 2022, The Federation of Itesiwaju LG Student's Union organized a "Career talk program" for all senior secondary schools in Itesiwaju LGA.




There was a mammoth crowd and the hall was full to the brim. 

The President of the Association Com. Ojekunle Abideen T. appreciate the guest's lecturer, Mr. Sulayman Fatai Folarin who delivered a lecture on the  topic "Career guidance and choice for secondary school students"

His lectures were so interesting and informative and his style of lecturing was so wonderful as he delivered the lecture in both English and Yoruba language.

At the event, the final stage of the Inter-Secondary school quiz competition was held.


Below is the list of winners;


1. Muslim grammar school Otu (1st position)

2. Ipapo Community grammar school, Ipapo (2nd position)

3. Okeamu community College (3rd position)



The presentation of the certificate for all participants, and winners of the quiz competition followed. 

The honorable guests present "Cash prizes" to the winners and distributed transportation fees to all schools present. 



To this end, the executive body of the association sincerely appreciate the guest lecturer, Mr. Sulayman Fatai Folarin, honorable guests, the massive turnout of students, well-wishers, and all stakeholders.

FOSU to Commence an Inter-Basic school quiz competition and sensitization program, also call for sponsorship




FOSU executives announced the commencement of Inter-Basic schools quiz competition and also call for Sponsorship

The competition was aimed at compensating the best students and also encouraging basic school students to perform well in their studies

The competition will be open to all basic schools and they shall be compensated accordingly.




The program was scheduled  to hold as follow:

Venue: Otu Community, town hall

Date: 13th of June, 2022

Time: 10 am prompt

The Association also call for sponsors both home and abroad, to make the program a successful one


OUR FUTURE IS BRIGHT WITH FOSU
